Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, UK orders are sent via 48hr tracked delivery so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free delivery on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 will have a shipping fee applied at checkout.

Will my cards be tracked?

Yes — all orders are sent with tracked shipping so you'll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the UK only. We hope to expand internationally in the future — keep an eye on our store for updates.

Cards & Condition

How are cards graded for condition?

We describe all raw singles accurately using standard TCG condition grades (Near Mint, Lightly Played, etc.). If you have any questions about a specific card's condition before purchasing, feel free to get in touch.

Are your graded cards authentic?

Absolutely. All graded cards sold on PokeHaul have been independently assessed and encapsulated by recognised grading companies. We do not sell counterfeit or tampered cards.

How are cards packaged?

Every card is carefully sleeved and packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left us. We take presentation and protection seriously — your cards are in safe hands.

Returns & Issues

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please get in touch with us as soon as possible with photos of the damage and packaging. We'll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Can I return a card?

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll work with you to find a solution. Please note that we are unable to accept returns on cards that have been removed from sealed packaging.
