Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

UK Shipping We currently ship within the UK only. All orders are sent via 48hr tracked delivery with Royal Mail, so you can follow your parcel every step of the way. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Free Delivery Enjoy free delivery on all UK orders over £50. Orders under £50 will have a standard shipping fee applied at checkout.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery is 1-3 working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays can occasionally occur with the courier.

Delays & Issues Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us via our store contact page and we'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address.

Card Packaging All single cards are carefully placed in a penny sleeve and top loader before being securely packaged for dispatch. We take presentation and protection seriously to ensure your cards arrive in the same condition they left us.
